ITC2 Deggendorf was planned, developed and built by DEG-Immobilien GmbH & Co KG, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sparkasse Deggendorf.
The outstanding commercial property is managed and let by the real estate management company Dobak IMMOPartner GmbH.

Instead of letting customers’ deposits flow into international securities speculation, the local savings bank has opted for an investment with a future directly in the region, thus leaving the financial resources in the district of Deggendorf.
For this reason, the in-house real estate subsidiary was founded.
