The newly built and attractive commercial property is managed and let by the real estate management company Dobak IMMOPartner GmbH.

Instead of letting customers’ deposits flow into international securities speculation, the local savings bank has opted for an investment with a future directly in the region, thus leaving the financial resources in the district of Deggendorf.
This creative idea gave rise to the in-house real estate subsidiary DEG-Immobilien GmbH & Co KG.
