Anyone holding a private party (only within their own four walls, mind you, and not as a hallway party etc.) must adhere to the house rules.
Otherwise, the management will punish any violations or disturbance of the other residents or even the neighborhood.
Garbage and drinks bottles from party guests have no place in the communal corridors and stairwells and must be disposed of immediately and properly (glass bottles belong in the waste glass container!), as must any soiling caused.
If this is not done or not done properly, the administration reserves the right to charge the “organizer” for the cleaning costs.
