If, for any reason, it is no longer possible to remain in a particular rented apartment, an internal change of residence is generally possible.
We expressly point out that an internal change of residence follows the same rules as a regular move-out and move-in.
Separate deposit payments must then also be made for the apartments concerned and separate utility bills drawn up.
