In the event that the rented apartment is not needed for a semester due to an internship or semester abroad, it is advisable to organize an interim tenant for the desired period yourself.
This ensures that the same apartment will be waiting for you when you return.
Unfortunately, the management cannot accept subletting.

A subletting permit must be obtained before a subtenant is accepted.
