The apartment must be cleaned properly and thoroughly.
If the apartment is not properly cleaned on the handover date, the cleaner may carry out the work for you, which will then be charged to you.
If you want to save money, you should therefore make sure that the apartment is clean when you hand it over.
We pay attention to this in terms of cleanliness when we inspect the apartment:
Bathroom:
- All wall tiles wiped clean (without residue/splashes of shower gel, hairspray,
cream etc.) - Floor tiles wiped clean incl.
Plinth/transition to wall tiles - Clean floor and wall joints
- Towel radiator dust-free and without hairspray residues etc.
- Mirror clean
- Taps/shower bar/hose on washbasin + shower clean and limescale-free
- Washbasin + drain clean and limescale-free
- Shower enclosure incl.
Guide rails clean and limescale-free (esp.
a. bottom corner with stop at
on the inside). - WC incl.
Seat & lid clean - Clean towel rail, WC paper holder
- Clean shelf
- Bathroom door incl.
Handle without fingerprints, stains etc. - Air filter cleaned
Kitchen:
- Sink incl.
Drain clean and without limescale/water stains - Faucet clean and without limescale/water stains
- Hotplates clean and grease-free
- Kitchen worktop clean and grease-free
- Kitchen splashback (tiles) clean and without grease/sauce splashes etc.
- Kitchen cupboards cleaned inside and out (especially the underside of the wall unit)
- Clean kitchen handles
- Refrigerator front clean
- Refrigerator defrosted and clean
- Clean kitchen plinth
Room:
- Furniture: clean and dust-free inside + outside (incl. handles)
- Slatted frame support dust-free + clean
- Intercom system dusted and clean
- Room door inside and outside without fingerprints, stains
- Windows incl.
Frames, window sills and railings cleaned - Clean curtains
- Clean radiators
- Clean light switches, sockets
- Ceiling lamps dusted off
- Floor completely clean and mopped (incl. corners!)
