You can contact us approx. 2 weeks before the start of the rental contract to arrange a handover date.
This can take place during our office hours:
Mon-Thu 08.30 to 16.30
Fri 08.30 to 14.00
There are no appointments at weekends or on public holidays.
Of course, you do not have to move in on the day of the handover.
You can of course decide for yourself when you organize your move-in.
The handover date (access to the apartment including handing over the keys), the move-in date (you bring your personal belongings) and the start of the tenancy (rent is due) can be three different points in time.
