Approximately two weeks before moving out of the apartment, you should contact the management to arrange a handover date for the apartment.
On this date, the rented property must be in a condition in accordance with the contract (further information on the condition of the apartment on return can be found here).
The acceptance is documented in a handover protocol so that both parties have a final report on the condition of the rented rooms.
As all keys are also returned to the rental management during the appointment, it is no longer possible to return to the apartment afterwards.
